Returns

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- How to Request a Return
- Log in to your My Account and select the order you want to return.
- Click Request Return or contact our support team at support@kanshoppers.com.
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized items or gifts.
- Sale items or products marked “Final Sale.”
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt as proof.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Include photos of the item and packaging.
